Morgan Boyfriend Jeans Pattern
- FABRIC & SUPPLIES
Meet Morgan, slim boyfriend jeans designed for non-stretch & selvedge denim. Inspired by old school denim style but with a fresh, modern cut, Morgan Jeans are engineered to flatter.
Featuring a mid-rise, traditional five pocket construction, contoured waistband, tapered leg and button fly, Morgan fits snugly through the hip but relaxes and conforms to your curves with a little wear (size up for a slouchier, more casual fit). Choose between a regular or cropped inseam, and add an optional leather waistband patch.
Morgan is available as an instant gratification PDF (with copyshop and print at home files), or as a beautifully printed pattern. See our guide to printing & assembling PDF files here. Both versions feature our meticulously written and easy to follow instructions, designed to give everyone beautiful results regardless of skill level.

They fit very well on my first attempt. The only alterations were personal preference, I put in a fly zip and I used 7/8 seam allowances on the leg side seams and inseams for a closer fit. Pattern instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I know I will be making many more pairs! Sorry for pic quality, definitely not a photographer.
I was hesitant about making jeans because I don't like wearing jeans but I love the look of "boyfriend" jeans. I have been sewing all my own clothes for over 30 years and thought I would tackle these. After some trial and error on my part (not paying attention to intructions) I was thrilled to see the outcome! They fit great and I have made both a blue and white pair. They are really easy to tweak and hack and the all time best instructions I have ever used.! Very happy with this pattern
The Morgan jeans pattern is the perfect jeans pattern for me. I was so pleased at the fit straight out of the envelope and the best part is the fantastic tips on the website. This has been my best sewing pattern experience so far! Thank you!
